PKA98 Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities Explained Clearly

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and pka98 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the pka98 website, mobile application and all services provided under the pka98 brand at pka98.app.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds or placing any wager at pka98, you accept these Terms unconditionally and in full. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms and promotional conditions published on the pka98 platform from time to time, all of which form part of the complete agreement between you and pka98.

These Terms are written in English (en-PK) and are intended to be read and applied within the context of Pakistani users accessing the pka98 platform. Where any ambiguity arises, pka98 reserves the right to make a final determination in accordance with the principles of fairness and the spirit of these Terms.

To register an account at pka98 and use our services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pka98 operates a strict minimum age policy and employs age verification measures to enforce this. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and other non-natural persons may not register accounts at pka98.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pka98 or any affiliated company.
• You must not already have an active or previously closed account at pka98. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any bonus funds forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information including your real name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number and email address.

pka98 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account if eligibility requirements are not met, without obligation to provide a reason, subject to returning any genuine player funds held in the account.

Your pka98 account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials – username and password – confidential. pka98 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify pka98 immediately at support@pka98.app if you become aware that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pka98 will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such notification.

Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their pka98 account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, whether or not they personally initiated those transactions. This responsibility applies even if you claim someone else used your account, unless you had previously reported unauthorised access to pka98.

pka98 accounts may not be transferred, sold, pledged or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance, including any bonus funds.

All financial transactions at pka98 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pka98 does not hold player funds in any foreign currency and does not apply conversion fees to any PKR transaction.

Withdrawals at pka98 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, subject to pka98's AML obligations. pka98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time or large-value withdrawals.

pka98 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pka98's control. You should check with your payment provider regarding any applicable fees on their end.

Withdrawals of amounts above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction require prior completion of KYC verification. Players who have not yet verified their identity will be prompted to complete this process before the withdrawal can proceed. This is a compliance requirement, not a discretionary policy at pka98.

pka98 offers various bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term prevails for that offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds at pka98 must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Minimum Odds: Free bet and matched deposit bonuses at pka98 typically require that qualifying bets be placed at minimum odds specified in the promotion, usually between 1.50 and 2.00.
• Game Contributions: Not all games at pka98 contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while live casino games, including baccarat, may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus at pka98 simultaneously unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet at pka98 is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been accepted if you have not received this confirmation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event at pka98. These are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. Limits may vary by sport, market and event.
• Odds Changes: Odds at pka98 may change between the time you view them and the time you submit your bet. If the odds change after submission, pka98 will notify you and give you the opportunity to accept the new odds or cancel the bet, unless you have opted for automatic best-odds acceptance in your account settings.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets at pka98 are accepted subject to the live status of the event. pka98 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Any bets placed on a market that has been suspended will be voided.
• Settlement: Bets at pka98 are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In the case of PSL matches, the official PCB result takes precedence. For international cricket, the ICC result is used. Settlements are typically completed within 30 minutes of the official result being announced.
• Postponed and Abandoned Events: If an event covered by a pka98 bet is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a cricket match is abandoned mid-play and an official result exists, bets will be settled on that result.
• Obvious Errors: pka98 reserves the right to void or correct any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a technical or human error in the odds compilation process, provided we act within a reasonable time after the error is identified.

The following rules apply to all casino and live dealer games at pka98, including baccarat, Teen Patti, crash games and virtual sports games.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games at pka98 use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested for randomness and fairness. The RNG certifications are available on request from pka98 support. The use of certified RNG technology means that game outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by any party, including pka98.

Live dealer games at pka98 are operated by licensed live casino game providers. The dealer actions, card shuffling and game procedures visible on the live stream are the definitive record of the game. In the event of any technical dispute about a live game result at pka98, the game provider's server logs take precedence over any client-side recording.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game at pka98, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side game state at the time of disconnection. Any bets already placed and confirmed at the time of disconnection will stand. pka98 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection, device or network provider.

pka98 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and operates a comprehensive responsible gaming programme. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take our obligation to protect vulnerable players seriously.

pka98 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible free of charge to every registered player from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours after the change request is submitted.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which pka98 will display a reality check prompt and optionally end your session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your pka98 account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet or access casino games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from pka98 for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. pka98 will close your account and return any remaining balance within 5 working days of your self-exclusion request.

pka98 will never attempt to persuade a player to reverse a self-exclusion request, reduce a deposit limit or extend a session. If you request any of these tools, they will be implemented without any offer or incentive to reconsider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pka98. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance, including genuine deposits in serious cases.

• Registering or operating more than one pka98 account under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during your use of pka98.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with the pka98 platform without prior written permission.
• Exploiting errors in pka98's software, odds compilation or promotional systems, including palpable odds errors and system glitches.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated bonus farming with other players, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics.
• Attempting to launder money, circumvent AML procedures or use pka98 to facilitate any financial crime.
• Sharing an account with another person, selling account access or allowing another person to deposit, bet or withdraw on your behalf.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to disguise your location or access pka98 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pka98 staff, agents or other players in any communication channel.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or disputed payment claims against deposits made to your pka98 account.

pka98 collects, processes and stores personal data about you in order to provide and operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, meet regulatory obligations and communicate with you about your account. By registering at pka98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, subject to pka98's regulatory retention obligations.

pka98 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with third-party game providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities where necessary to operate the platform or meet legal obligations.

You may close your pka98 account at any time by contacting support@pka98.app. pka98 will process your account closure request within 5 working days and will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit.

pka98 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict your account at any time if we determine that you have breached these Terms, are engaged in prohibited conduct, present a risk of money laundering, are found to be under 18 or where we are required to do so by a regulatory authority.

In cases where pka98 closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to retain bonus-derived winnings and to delay return of any balance pending investigation. Genuine deposited funds that are not connected to the breach will be returned, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures.

pka98 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that pka98 will be available without interruption, delay or technical issues at all times.

pka98's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of genuine funds held in your pka98 account at the time the claim arises. pka98 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including lost profits, loss of opportunity or losses arising from gambling outcomes.

pka98 is not liable for losses arising from: your failure to protect your account credentials; actions of third-party payment providers; internet connectivity issues or device failures on your side; or events beyond pka98's reasonable control, including regulatory changes, banking system failures or force majeure events.

pka98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a meaningful way – pka98 will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to your registered address or by prominent notice on the pka98 platform before the changes take effect.

Minor or administrative changes, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, may take effect immediately. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you should stop using pka98 and close your account before the change takes effect. Your continued use of pka98 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pka98 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and pka98 that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before commencing any formal dispute resolution, you agree to raise your concern with pka98's customer support team in the first instance. pka98 commits to reviewing and responding to all formal complaints within 10 working days. Most account and payment disputes at pka98 are resolved informally within this process.

If you are unsatisfied with pka98's response to a complaint, you may refer your dispute to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution body designated under pka98's gaming licence. Contact pka98 support for details of the applicable ADR body.
